AHU Technologies, Inc Referral Program AHU Technologies, Inc Referral Program provides a monetary incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates that are hired for “difficult to fill” positions. Currently, the following career position is included in the program:

Position: SAP FICO BUSINESS ANALYST
Brief Job Description:

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations and design systems and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Requirement gathering, document preparation, customize, configure, integrate, and test for SAP FICO in initial phase of project.

If an active regular full-time permanent or temporary employee or consultant recommends a candidate who is hired for a position, he/she is eligible to be paid a recruiting bonus. Referral bonuses amounts vary based on personnel and contract requirements and are subject to change without notice.


Position: Software Developer Brief Job Description:

Design, develop and modify software applications and specialized utility programs using all phases of software development life cycle. Customize software for use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Required extensive knowledge in Mainframe, Unix, Java, Teradata, Hadoop and Pig Scripting.

In order to receive the bonus, the following must occur:
  • The employee must complete the Employee Referral Form, attach an updated copy of the candidate’s resume and submit it to Human Resources.
  • The person referred must be hired within three months after the referral is made.
  • $500.00 will be awarded for each candidate referred and hired for a position.
  • Referring employee must be employed by Integrated Financial Engineers, Inc at time of referral and time of payment.
  • Referred applicant must still be employed by Integrated Financial Engineers, Inc at time of payment.


ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES:
 Only referrals of external candidates are eligible for consideration.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM GUIDELINES

I. Purpose

The purpose of the Employee Referral Bonus Program is to provide an incentive award to a current employee in a full-time equivalent (FTE) position who brings new talent to the company by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed in a hard-to-fill position.

II. Program Rules

  1. Referral Eligibility: All AHU employees, except President levels and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates are eligible to refer candidates.
  2. The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job requisition is posted. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date.
  3. The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with AHU. Temporary, summer, contract and former employees of AHU are not eligible candidates for referral awards.
  4. To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted to Human Resources and must include a Candidate Referral Form and a resume or employment application.
  5. The referring employee must agree to have his/her name used for introduction.
  6. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
  7. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
  8. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with AHU policies and procedures.
  9. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
  10. The referring employee must still be employed by AHU during the hired candidate’s first 30 days of employment in order to receive payment.
  11. Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources.
  12. All referral bonus payments will be paid within 30 days after the referred employee’s 1st day of employment at AHU.
