POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager II is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from planning through
completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality
standards. This role oversees project coordination, manages project activities, provides leadership to
project teams, and supports the company’s core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise project activities and provide leadership to project teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues, schedule conflicts, and plan discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional project management duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of all phases of commercial construction.
• Experience managing complex construction schedules and multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify changes and discrepancies in project plans and schedules.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
