Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations.

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, proven production leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Hands-on meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise production floor employees, including operators, technicians, and support staff.
  • Oversee meltblown line operations, including setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
  • Drive production efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve output and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage production reporting, shift scheduling, inventory, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Train, mentor, and develop production team members.
  • Monitor production performance and address issues affecting safety, quality, efficiency, or output.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve productivity and operational performance.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and accountable production environment.
  • Take ownership of production performance, team development, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing/production is essential.
  • 1–5+ years of experience supervising or managing production teams.
  • Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
  • Experience with production line setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
  • Ability to prioritize production, safety, quality, and operational requirements.
  • Must be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
