Position Overview
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and overall financial performance.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
- Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
- Combination of office and construction site environments.
- Regular exposure to construction site conditions.
- May require extended hours depending on project demands.
- Travel may be required based on project needs.
